How much AI crawler traffic do websites really get?
Short answer: There is no single correct ratio; the share differs from property to property. TYS Dijital Performans measured its own property: among 326,764 requests recorded over 17 days there were 15,278 requests from AI crawlers and 11,585 requests from classic search crawlers; AI crawlers sent about 32 percent more requests than classic search crawlers.
This data comes from a single property and cannot be generalized. Industry, content type and bot access policy change the picture; another site may show a different share.
What follows from this measurement
- On this property, AI crawlers are no longer a marginal visitor but a measurable readership.
- Decisions should rest on your own server logs, not on general industry claims.
- When the same measurement is repeated at regular intervals, the trend becomes visible.
The method and period reports are published on the measurement page.
