Why this model exists
Decision makers do not buy isolated tactics; they buy a repeatable way of working. When SEO, AI visibility, content, conversion and analytics are managed separately, budgets fragment, ownership blurs and results become untraceable.
This page documents, in one place, that TYS services are not independent line items but phases of the same model. All of our tactical content links back here, so it is always clear which piece of work serves which phase.
The four phases: Diagnose, Build, Grow, Monitor
Each phase has one question, defined deliverables, a metric layer and a risk control. The phases are cyclical, not linear.
1. Diagnose
Does AI mention you, and does it describe you correctly?
- AI Authority Score baseline: 100 points across three categories (Entity 35, Citability 30, AI Visibility 35)
- Live, screen-evidenced queries across four engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek)
- AI Share-of-Voice baseline against up to 5 competitors
- A written priority list and roadmap; expert commentary within 24-48 hours
Metrics: AI Authority Score, per-engine mentions, competitor Share-of-Voice.
Risk control: Every report states that the score is a point-in-time, methodology-dependent measurement; no decision is based on a single query.
2. Build
Is the truth about your brand machine-readable?
- BrandLock brand canon: the verified, machine-readable record of your brand
- Schema.org/JSON-LD layer, llms.txt and MCP access infrastructure
- On-site inconsistency detection and prioritized fixes
- Where needed, rebuilding the web or e-commerce foundation
Metrics: Schema coverage, canon completeness, number of closed inconsistencies.
Risk control: Every change is logged. When working on a client-hosted site, scope is capped in writing; what cannot be done is said upfront.
3. Grow
Which content and channels actually generate demand?
- Citable content production: question-driven structures, FAQ and HowTo formats
- GEO-aligned content and entity strengthening
- Email and CRM automation for the demand loop
- Conversion improvements: starting with manual audits, advancing by measurement
Metrics: Organic clicks and positions (Google Search Console), lead volume.
Risk control: No unverified percentage claims; only change measured in the client's own data is reported.
4. Monitor
Is the result durable, or was it a one-off?
- Monthly human-verified report: score, E-E-A-T, Share-of-Voice, recommendations
- Client panel: score history, competitor comparison, report archive
- At least 1 concrete fix and 1 implemented improvement every month
- Classic search context when GSC/GA4 are connected
Metrics: Score movement, AI Share-of-Voice, E-E-A-T trend, GSC/GA4 data.
Risk control: No report is published without human approval. Minimum commitment is 6 months; passive score-watching is not sold, active maintenance is the product.
How the 90-day loop works
Diagnose produces a baseline. Build closes the gaps the baseline exposed. Grow generates demand. Monitor re-measures every month, and its findings feed new Build and Grow work. The model is cyclical: every report produces the next month's work list.
For most clients the entry point is the TYS Visibility Pilot (90 Days): a Day 0 baseline, month-by-month canon and schema hygiene, and a Day 90 re-measurement with a decision gate. Same methodology, same query set, same 100-point score; the measured delta is reported and the continuation decision stays with the client.
How services map to the model
Each service has a fixed place in the model. The same deliverable is never sold twice across phases.
| Service | Phase |
|---|---|
| AI Visibility Diagnosis (Initial Check) | Diagnose |
| TYS Visibility Pilot (90 Days) | Diagnose + light Build + Monitor entry |
| BrandLock canon setup | Build |
| Web, e-commerce and schema/llms.txt infrastructure | Build |
| GEO-aligned content and entity work | Grow |
| Monthly Visibility Monitoring | Monitor |
Three metric layers
The model measures on three layers; each layer has a named source that appears in the report.
| Layer | What is measured | Source |
|---|---|---|
| AI layer | AI Authority Score, mentions across 4 engines, AI Share-of-Voice | TYS measurement engine, screen-evidenced queries |
| Classic search layer | Organic clicks, positions, indexation | Google Search Console, GA4 |
| Business layer | Leads, proposals, conversions | CRM and manual measurement; only measured figures are reported |
What we do not promise
- No fixed growth percentages and no ranking guarantees; we report the measured delta, whatever it is.
- We cannot directly change AI output; we align the canonical signals AI feeds on with the verified truth of your brand.
- Core Web Vitals field data requires a separate measurement pipeline; no performance commitment is made before that pipeline exists.
- This is not a self-serve software subscription; reports pass human verification and billing is a manual process.
- Our capacity is deliberately limited: we cap concurrent projects and do not sell when capacity is unavailable.
Frequently asked questions
Is TYS Digital Performance a software product?
No. It is a human-verified service operating model supported by a measurement engine and a client panel. Tools produce the scores and drafts; interpretation, prioritization and approval remain human.
Why start with a 90-day pilot?
Because proof precedes promises. The Day 0 baseline and the Day 90 re-measurement use the same methodology, and the difference is reported in your own data. The long-term commitment decision comes after this proof window.
Which AI engines do you measure?
Four engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and DeepSeek. Measurement uses live queries archived with screen evidence. Since answers vary by nature, every report notes that repeated measurement, not a single query, is the basis.
Do you guarantee a score increase?
No. The AI Authority Score is a variable, methodology-dependent measurement, and we do not use guarantee language. Our commitment is process: at least one concrete fix and one implemented improvement per month, with the delta measured and reported with sources.
Can you work alongside our existing agency or in-house team?
Yes. There are two delivery modes: TYS implements directly, or we hand your developers a clear, prioritized work list. In both modes changes are logged and scope is capped in writing.
How does pricing work?
Scope drivers are transparent: number of languages, pages and templates, competitors and query sets. In the Turkish market our proposal calculator works with real list figures; monitoring and pilot scope are confirmed by proposal. In the German market conditions are provided on request.
