Lean Teams

No large tech team? The model is designed for that

TYS Digital Performance is not only for enterprise structures. An SMB with a single marketer, an e-commerce brand or a local service business uses the same model in a simplified form: a 90-day pilot with a fixed timeline, light governance and a ready-made panel that needs no setup.

The rule is simple: at least one concrete fix and one implemented improvement every month. The measure is delivered work, not the number of meetings.

Who this page is for

  • E-commerce brands: stores whose products are not mentioned in AI recommendations and whose category and product pages are not machine-readable.
  • Local service businesses: actively searched in their region but behind competitors in AI answers.
  • B2C brands: established in classic search but absent from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and DeepSeek answers.
  • Single-marketer teams: no time to manage an agency, wanting a clear, prioritized work list instead.

The simplified plan: what happens in 90 days?

The entry product is the TYS Visibility Pilot (90 Days): a pilot program that measures and improves your visibility in AI answers within 90 days. Timeline and scope are fixed up front, deliverables are written down and the Day 90 decision point is explicit.

StageTimingDeliverable
Baseline measurementDay 0, first weekAI Authority Score (AI visibility score) baseline on a 100-point scale, screen-evidenced queries across four engines, comparison against up to 5 competitors, a written roadmap and expert commentary within 24-48 hours.
Canon and schema hygieneMonth 1Brand canon alignment (your brand described consistently across every source), the highest-priority on-site inconsistency fixed, one implemented schema or llms.txt improvement, a change log.
First interim reportMonth 2Human-verified monthly report, the first measured delta against the baseline, one more concrete fix and one more implemented improvement.
Re-measurement and decisionDay 90Re-measurement with the same methodology and query set, the measured delta per category, the change in competitor comparison; the continue-or-stop decision is yours.

Light governance: no process overhead

  • One contact person and one approval point per month; no committees, no long meeting series, no handover bureaucracy.
  • Every change is logged: what changed, why it changed, and when.
  • A tech team is not required: TYS implements directly, or your existing developer receives a prioritized, unambiguous work list.
  • Scope is capped in writing; it does not produce surprise work items or surprise invoices.

A ready panel: your visibility dashboard without setup

The client panel comes with the pilot: your AI visibility score and its history, competitor comparison and the archive of monthly reports in one place. If your Google Search Console and GA4 accounts are connected, classic search data appears in the same panel.

The panel does not replace the report. The monthly human-verified report is the deliverable; the panel is its live context.

The approach is ready building blocks instead of custom software: a ready-made Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) panel, proven setup templates and simplified technical checks keep the setup overhead sized for a small team. The same AI-first, data-driven thinking is delivered without a heavy implementation project.

We do not sell big promises to small teams

  • No ranking or score guarantees; whatever delta is measured is what gets reported.
  • No fixed percentage claims; only change measured in your own data is discussed.
  • We cannot directly alter what AI systems say; we align the brand information AI draws on (the canonical signals) with the verified truth of your brand.
  • We do not sell scope you do not need; stopping after the pilot is a normal outcome.

Budget approach

Scope and price drivers are transparent: number of languages, pages, competitors and query sets. In the Turkish market the proposal calculator works with real list figures; pilot and monitoring scope are confirmed by proposal.

You do not start with a long commitment: the entry is a 90-day proof window. Ongoing monitoring has a 6-month minimum, and that decision is made after the pilot has produced measured results.

Frequently asked questions

We have no tech team; who implements the changes?

There are two modes. In the first, TYS implements the fixes and improvements. In the second, the developer who maintains your site receives a prioritized, technically explicit work list. In both modes a change log is kept.

What do I actually have at the end of 90 days?

The Day 0 and Day 90 measurements, the measured delta per category, the closed on-site inconsistencies, the list of implemented improvements and the change in competitor comparison. In short: an evidence file that lets you decide with your own data.

Am I obliged to subscribe after the pilot?

No. Day 90 is a decision gate: the measured result and a recommended monitoring tier are presented, and the continue-or-stop decision is yours. If you continue, the monitoring minimum is 6 months.

Is a small budget still meaningful?

Scope shrinks, methodology does not: the same 100-point score, the same screen-evidenced measurement, the same monthly fix-and-improve principle. If the available scope cannot produce a meaningful result, we say so before selling; capacity and scope honesty are part of the model.

What concretely changes in my e-commerce store?

The machine-readability of product and category pages (the schema.org layer), the canonical representation of your brand, and tracked mentions in AI answers. Which pages get fixed is set by the baseline prioritization, and the effect is reported by re-measurement.

Does this conflict with our existing agency or in-house team?

No. Measurement, canon and the machine-readable layer are a separate lane. Teams running your content or ads continue their work; through the work-list mode they receive measured priorities from us.
