1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between:

(hereinafter "Provider") and the Customer for the provision of AI visibility analysis services.

2. Subject of Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of AI visibility services:

Monitoring: Ongoing AI visibility monitoring
Strategy: Individual optimization consulting

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. Inquiries are made exclusively via the contact form or email. The Provider prepares an individual offer based on the inquiry. The contract is concluded by the Provider's written order confirmation.

5. Prices and Payment

All services are provided exclusively on request and based on an individual offer. Prices are stated in the respective offer in Euro plus the applicable VAT.

Payment: Payment is made by bank transfer against invoice after order confirmation. Online payment is not offered through the website.

Payment Terms: Unless otherwise stated in the offer, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

6. Delivery

The PDF report is delivered electronically via email. Delivery time is typically 24-48 hours after order confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The report is based on data at the time of analysis. TYS does not guarantee completeness or accuracy, as AI systems generate their responses dynamically.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion. However, once digital content has been delivered, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Turkish law. For EU customers, disputes may also be resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
