1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between:

(hereinafter "Provider") and the Customer for the provision of AI visibility analysis services.

2. Subject of Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of AI visibility services:

Visibility Quick Check: one-off baseline with prioritised measures
Visibility Sprint: one-off analysis with bounded implementation on two priority pages
Visibility Compact: monthly measurement and ongoing small corrections, three-month minimum term

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. Inquiries are made exclusively via the contact form or email. The Provider prepares an individual offer based on the inquiry. The contract is concluded by the Provider's written order confirmation.

5. Prices and Payment

TYS Direkt services are provided at the fixed net prices published in the catalogue under /direkt, in Euro plus statutory VAT where applicable. The price covers the scope stated on the product page. Services beyond the catalogue are provided on request and based on an individual offer.

Payment: TYS Direkt fixed price services are paid by credit or debit card through the payment provider PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. By agreement, payment by bank transfer against invoice is possible.

Payment Terms: Unless otherwise stated in the offer, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.

6. Delivery

Services and reports are delivered electronically via email. Delivery time depends on the package ordered: typically three business days for the Quick Check and seven to ten business days for the Sprint, in each case from order confirmation. Visibility Compact is provided as an ongoing monthly service. These periods assume that the required access and information have been provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

The report is based on data at the time of analysis. TYS does not guarantee completeness or accuracy, as AI systems generate their responses dynamically.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion. However, once digital content has been delivered, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Turkish law. For EU customers, disputes may also be resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
