Distance sales agreement
Article 1: Parties
The seller is the company named below; the buyer is the natural or legal person stated in the order process.

Article 2: Subject
The subject of this agreement is the distance sale of the TYS Direkt fixed price services and the monthly Sichtbarkeit Kompakt subscription described on the website under /direkt, including the scopes, limits and delivery periods named there.
Article 3: Services and prices
Scope, limits, delivery period and net price of each service are stated on the respective product page. The price displayed at the time of ordering applies, in Euro plus statutory VAT where applicable. The offer is aimed primarily at businesses.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the payment provider PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. By agreement, payment by bank transfer against invoice is possible.
Article 5: Performance and delivery
Services are performed electronically; reports and files are delivered by email. The delivery period starts on the first business day after the complete receipt of all required information, files and access and corresponds to the period stated on the product page.
Article 6: Withdrawal, cancellation, refund
The terms of the cancellation and refund page apply. Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract; it lapses if the service has been fully performed at their express request before the period expires.
Article 7: Commitment
What is committed to is the scope, method and delivery date of the ordered service. Rankings, reach, enquiries or mentions in third party answer systems are not promised, as those systems are operated by third parties.
Article 8: Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by the website privacy policy.
Article 9: Disputes
For buyers acting as consumers, the consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts at the buyer’s residence or the seller’s seat are competent within the statutory framework. For businesses, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Anadolu) are competent.
Article 10: Entry into force
The contract is concluded with the seller’s order confirmation. By ordering, the buyer confirms having read and accepted this agreement, the terms and conditions and the cancellation and refund terms.
