Cancellation and refund
1. Scope
These terms apply to all TYS Direkt fixed price services and the monthly Sichtbarkeit Kompakt subscription ordered through the website. The provider is TYS Dijital Performans Video Prodüksiyon Ltd. Şti., Selimiye Mah. Selimiye Kışla Cad. Funda Apt. No: 8/B, Üsküdar, İstanbul 34668, Türkiye.
2. Cancellation before work begins
Until processing begins, meaning before the delivery period starts through the complete receipt of all information and access, any order can be cancelled in writing without giving reasons. Amounts already paid are refunded in full.
3. Suitability check
TYS reviews every order before starting. If the service scope does not fit the customer situation, TYS offers a suitable alternative or fully refunds the not yet processed order.
4. After work has begun
If processing has started, the share of work performed up to the cancellation is retained and the remaining amount is refunded. Fully delivered services are excluded from refunds.
5. Monthly subscription
Sichtbarkeit Kompakt has a three-month minimum term and can then be terminated in writing to the end of the respective billing month. Monthly services already performed are not refunded.
6. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving reasons. If performance begins at the customer’s express request before the withdrawal period expires and the service is performed in full, the right of withdrawal lapses. TYS Direkt is aimed primarily at businesses; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Refund method
Refunds are issued through the payment provider PayTR to the card used for payment. Crediting times depend on the card issuing bank.
