How should case study pages be structured in the B2B sector?
Short answer: A B2B case study page should answer the buying committee three questions in order: does this look like us, what did they do, can the result be verified. The whole structure serves those three questions.
The page structure
- Top block: the client industry and scale plus the measured result in one sentence; the visitor matches themselves at first glance.
- Body: the starting problem, the chosen method, and the implementation process; the steps are described clearly enough to be repeatable.
- Evidence layer: measurement period, baseline, and result presented together; an approved client quote appears with name and role.
- Closing: a call to action aimed at the same industry and internal links to related cases.
At library level, add industry and service filters, keep the pages indexable, and do not put them behind a mandatory form: a case study is an evidence asset that the sales team shares and that search and answer engines cite. Locked-away evidence does not function as evidence.
