Generic product texts ("premium quality", "sustainable", "for demanding customers") have no value for AI language models — they contain no verifiable facts.

The FACT Framework:

  • Factual: Every product claim must be measurable (weight: 1,240g, IPX7 certified, 42L capacity)
  • Attributed: Give data a traceable origin (certifications, test results, origin)
  • Comparable: Provide comparison context ("20% lighter than the previous model")
  • Thorough: Three-level descriptions — scannable bullet points, contextual paragraphs, FAQ section

Priority: Optimize the top 20% by traffic first with full FACT treatment, then template-based optimization for the middle tier.
