Results

Results need context and evidence that can be checked

We separate documented project scope, measured data and methodological interpretation. If no public result figure exists, we do not add one.

Evidence principle

An objective is not yet a result

Project cards can show the problem addressed and the scope delivered. Quantitative impact is only called a result when it has been measured and published in the right context.

We start with the intended change, then identify which measure can represent it meaningfully.
